The home employs:

• 1 Manager (RNMH)

• 1 Deputy Manager (RNMH)

• 1 Administrator

• 7 Staff Nurses ( RNMH’s and RGN’s – permanent and bank staff)

• 21 Health Care Assistants, 12 with NVQ-3, 7 with NVQ-2

• 2 Activity Organisers

• 4 Domestic/Housekeepers (full time and part time)

• 1 Kitchen Manager

• 2 Cook

• 1 Maintenance/Gardener

There are a total of five dementia champions across qualified and health care assistants 

Staff are selected for their reliability, integrity, skill, friendliness and professionalism. They are carefully screened; references and DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) checks are always carried out.
